What this type is
Wealth Stars Form a Formation is a pattern where the Wealth Stars form a Three Harmony or Three Meeting, or Wealth is abundant and gathers, like many waters converging. It is the rarest of the seven types—fewer than two charts in two hundred. When Wealth forms a formation, the momentum is great; if the self can carry it, it is a pattern of great wealth; if not, it is the extreme version of Wealth Heavy, Self Weak—both often score high simultaneously. So the real question for this type is not whether money comes, but whether there is a riverbed to carry it.
How to see it in a chart
Look at two points. Wealth formation complete: the branches form a Three Harmony or Three Meeting of the element the Day Master controls, or Wealth Stars gather in multiple places across stems and branches. Day Master can carry: has roots and Resource, or Peer Stars help the self. If the Wealth formation is complete and the self can carry, it is a formation; if the self is weak, read it as Wealth Heavy, Self Weak. In a replay of three hundred charts, only two show this type—rarity itself is its signal.
Women and men
Classical texts for men said that a Wealth formation brings abundant wife and wealth; for women, there was little specific discussion. Today, regardless of gender: the riverbed matters more than the water volume. People of this type often have large inflows and often need someone to help them keep watch.
How it mends
Luck Cycles can help. A ten-year Resource or Peer Luck Cycle strengthens the self, widens the riverbed, and the formed Wealth can be carried. An Authority Luck Cycle also steadies—Authority drains Wealth and protects the self. Be careful in a Wealth Luck Cycle: water volume increases, but the riverbed must first be wide enough. Discipline can help. Three rules: find someone to keep watch for you—when big money comes, two people look together; split large inflows into three parts across three accounts; make only one major decision per year.
