What this type is
Wealth Feeds Authority is a pattern where the Wealth Star generates the Authority Star, the Authority Star protects the Wealth Star, and the Day Master can carry it. Wealth is resources; Authority is position and rules. Wealth generates Authority: resources buy position, and position guards resources. Money and position grow together, brick by brick, relying on structure rather than luck. People of this type often climb steadily within institutions, companies, or professional qualifications—money follows titles and contracts. Classical texts call it a noble pattern, provided the Day Master is balanced or slightly strong, able to bear the weight of Wealth and Authority.
How to see it in a chart
Look at three points. Wealth and Authority both present: both stars appear in the chart, visible in the stems or rooted, adjacent and generating each other. Day Master can carry: balanced or slightly strong, with roots and Resource. Peer Stars not heavy: heavy Peer Stars rob Wealth, breaking the generation. If the Day Master is weak while Wealth and Authority are strong, that is not generation but a variant of pressure and legal trouble, falling under the Wealth Heavy, Self Weak category.
Women and men
Classical texts treat Authority as the husband star for women, so 'Wealth Feeds Authority for women' was often written as 'husband noble, wife helps husband'; for men, it was said to bring rank and honor. Today, Authority is position and rules, not a spouse, regardless of gender: people of this type guard money through qualifications, titles, and contracts. The path for women and men is the same—treat position as the vessel.
How it mends
Luck Cycles can help. A ten-year Resource Luck Cycle is the steadiest: Resource transforms Authority to nourish the self, turning pressure into seniority. A Wealth Luck Cycle brings more resources and higher position. Be cautious in a Peer Luck Cycle—Peers rob Wealth, and colleagues or partnerships become leaks. Discipline can help. Three rules: add one brick each week for a long-term position—a document, a credential, a conversation; do not leave a growing position for short-term money; money follows position, so invest in position before investing in projects.
